I would hire Lynn for this job for the following reasons. First, although she has less education about English than Debra, she still had been an English instructor once, so I think she has enough professional knowledge to take this job. Second, although her experience is less than Debra, I think that it is enough, too. Third, she is influent in more language than Debra, so I consider her to be a person of many capabilities and passion to learn new things. Finally, she had got the Excellence in Teaching Award, but Debra hadn’t. So, I think that she can teach better than Debra and that she knows how to make students study more. To sum up, maybe Debra knew more than Lynn, but, in addition to professional knowledge, teaching is of central importance, too. So, I chose Lynn to be the English Instructor.
